Supper: Rotisserie chicken (second meal using it); sautéed mushrooms; steamed asparagus; tomatoes; cherries; and, a couple of pickles. Enough leftovers for me to put in scrambled eggs tomorrow for breakfast.

Breakfast: Over easy eggs. Three slices of turkey bacon. Avocado.
Breakfast: Poached egg in an avocado; bacon slices.
Breakfast: Yellow squash noodles and a roma tomato, lightly sautéed; sprinkle of cheese; fried egg; dash of garlic seasoning.
Instead of snacking on leftovers, I actually cooked breakfast this morning: Squash noodles with an Asian-inspired sauce; wilted spinach; fried egg.
Breakfast: Bacon; grilled cherry tomato halves; sauteed spinach; fried egg with cheese shavings. I drizzled a little bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the vegetables, along with salt and pepper.
